Dayna Joined the Centerpoint team in 2019, with the Just Enough Supports Program. She supports individuals within the PDD community to reach their independent goals. Using the person-centered approaches, Dayna truly believes people hold the answers in which we can help them discover.
Kathleen has been a Case Manager with Centerpoint’s Housing First program since 2017. She provides guidance and advocacy for program participants as they move toward reaching their desired outcomes, obtaining and maintaining successful housing, and increasing quality of life.
Kathleen strives to create a judgment-free space and building trusting professional relationships with the people she supports.
As Case Manager for the Housing First program, Angelina brings a compassionate and proactive approach to her role. With a focus on upholding a person-centered approach, Angelina ensures that all persons supported and working alongside her feel heard.
Maria has been a team member of Centerpoint Facilitation Inc. since 2016. As a Support Worker in the Housing First program, Maria supports participants that are working on achieving housing and housing stability. She assists her participants with an open mind and goal-oriented plan to work towards attaining and maintaining their housing successfully.
Maria’s calm and non-judgemental spirit puts everyone around her at ease.
Ruth is the finance, reporting & contracts administrator with Centerpoint Facilitation. Coming to Centerpoint in early 2010, Ruth has a background in business & financial management. She values structure in the workplace and appreciates every individual’s strengths in creating positive outcomes.

Through her company Centerpoint Facilitation Tammy specializes in training, facilitation and consultation. She works with businesses and individuals using Person Centered Approaches to increase productivity and quality of life in the workplace and at home. Although based in Grande Prairie Tammy travels the Northwest providing Person Centered Planning for people with disabilities.
In 2007 Centerpoint expanded and began working with people who are homeless and incorporated the Person Centered Planning with this population as well. Tammy is a Helen Sanderson and Associates (HSA) Associate. Her welcoming manner creates a warm invitation for people of all ages and life situations.
