This is a part-time position, working 26hours/week, starting June 7, 2022.

The position involves working 1:1 with an individual who requires supports accessing community resources, learning daily living skills and advocating for themselves.

Applicants must be able to work independently. They must work well with the community, develop partnerships and programs and be able to fulfill all PDD contract requirements.

Hours are flexible and will require some evening and weekend work.

Note: Criminal Record Check and Child Welfare check required, as well a vehicle, with a valid driver’s license, registration, and driver’s abstract.

Housing First Case Managers 

Full time (35hrs/week) 

(Position starts immediately)

Purpose: Supporting People who are experiencing Homelessness to attain & maintain housing using a person-centered approach.
