Through her company Centerpoint Facilitation Tammy specializes in training, facilitation and consultation. She works with businesses and individuals using Person Centered Approaches to increase productivity and quality of life in the workplace and at home. Although based in Grande Prairie Tammy travels the Northwest providing Person Centered Planning for people with disabilities.
In 2007 Centerpoint expanded and began working with people who are homeless and incorporated the Person Centered Planning with this population as well. Tammy is a Helen Sanderson and Associates (HSA) Associate. Her welcoming manner creates a warm invitation for people of all ages and life situations.
