TAMMY OUELLETTE
CEO/Director
Through her company, Centerpoint Facilitation Tammy has built a solid reputation of supporting people and delivers Person-Centered Approaches Training and Person-Centered Planning to people with disabilities and people experiencing homelessness. Although based in Grande Prairie Tammy travels the Northwest specializing in training, facilitation, and consultation. Tammy has been an HSA Mentor/Trainer since 2010 and an ASIST Facilitator since 2023. She believes whole heartedly in being person-centered and helping others to become so as well.
Her welcoming manner creates a warm invitation for people of all ages and life situations.

KATHLEEN
Housing Access Service
Kathleen has been with Centerpoint’s Housing First Program since 2017. Her work includes providing guidance and advocacy for program participants as they navigate support systems, and encourages wellbeing and overall quality of life. Kathleen creates a judgment-free space to build trusting professional relationships.

Liz joined the Centerpoint team in the Spring of 2023. Liz’s background in hospitality and customer relations gives her extensive experience resolving conflicts, de-escalation and presenting creative, viable options. Liz provides a warm and judgement free atmosphere with a fun twist.
JACKIE
Team Lead - Housing First & Housing Loss Prevention
Jackie joined Centerpoint Facilitation Inc. in 2013 and became a Team Lead in 2016, developing leadership, facilitation, and team-building skills. Since 2017, she has supported Centerpoint’s CARF accreditation, gaining experience in policy, procedures, and quality improvement. As a Person-Centered Trainer since 2024, Jackie promotes person-centred practices, community awareness, collaboration, and empowerment.
KAELYN
Intake Worker - Housing Loss Prevention

Kaelyn has been with the organization for two years, beginning as a Case Worker and currently serving as an Intake Worker with the Housing Loss Prevention Program. She is pursuing a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and is dedicated to supporting individuals and families, promoting well-being, stability, and positive change.​

Case Manager - Housing Loss Prevention
Val started with Centerpoint Facilitation in August of 2023 as a Case Manager in the Housing First Program. Val finds supporting people to be very rewarding. She enjoys connecting with others and wants to make a positive change within her community.
KAYLEE
Case Manager - Housing First(ACM)
Kaylee holds a diploma in Addiction and Community Health. Her background includes experience in case management and harm reduction, working directly with individuals to provide low-barrier access to essential community resources. She is passionate about her work and dedicated to making a positive impact.
BRANDI
Case Manager - Housing First(ACM)
With over a decade of health care experience, Brandi has supported individuals in care homes, group homes, and rehab facilities, including those with developmental disabilities, addiction, and mental health challenges. She is passionate about advocating for vulnerable populations and ensuring they receive essential care and guidance.
ALEX
Case Manager - Housing First(ACM)
Alex joined the Centerpoint Team in Spring 2025, bringing extensive experience in Housing and Homelessness since age 15, along with a strong background in Case Management and supporting vulnerable populations. She promotes independence, stability, teaching, and advocacy. In her free time, Alex plays eight instruments, draws, and enjoys nature.
KARRY
Case Manager - Housing First(ACM)
Karry recently started as a Case Manager in our Housing First Program. She brings with her 20 plus years experience supporting individuals with diverse needs, and woman who have experienced severe trauma. Her passion is to make a difference in the life of each unique individual by providing support with a caring and empathetic approach.
TANYA

Bringing a strong commitment to person-centered care to her work, Tanya holds a diploma in Addiction and Community Mental Health. She thrives in environments that value open communication and mutual respect, and brings a positive, outgoing energy to her advocacy work.​​​

Kayla has over a decade of experience supporting students affected by trauma. She holds certificates in Educational Assistance and Mental Health Support. Eager to expand her work to older adults, she is dedicated to ongoing learning, growth, and community impact.​​​

Shiloh joined the Housing First Program at Centerpoint in 2023. Her mission is to offer support and advocacy to program participants on their journey towards achieving their housing goals. Shiloh is committed to fostering a non-judgmental environment, ensuring an empowering path towards housing stability.

Case Manager - Housing First(ACM)
​Natasha recently joined our team with a background in Developmental Services and experience in community development, advocacy, and navigating complex systems. She is passionate about building genuine relationships, reducing barriers, and connecting people with resources and supports to achieve their goals.

Jessica holds a Bachelor's in Education, is a certified behaviour technician, and trained in trauma-informed care. She joined Centerpoint in October 2024 with 7 years of experience in PDD programs across GP and area. Known for her calm, caring nature, she’s passionate about community inclusion and holistic wellness.​​
BRYCE
Community Support Worker - JESP
Bryce joined Centerpoint Facilitation in December 2023 as a Just Enough Supports Program Worker (JESP). He is in his third year of the Bachelor of Education program at the University of Alberta. Bryce is dedicated to supporting individuals, engaging in the community, and building meaningful relationships.

​Hannah recently joined Centerpoint’s JESP program as a Community Support Worker. She holds a diploma in Addiction Counselling and is eager to apply her education. Hannah is passionate about kindness, compassion, positive relationships, and a person-centered approach focused on respect and empowerment.​​​​

Ruth is the finance, reporting & contracts administrator with Centerpoint Facilitation. Coming to Centerpoint in early 2010, Ruth has a background in Organizational/business & financial management.
