TAMMY OUELLETTE
CEO/Director
Through her company, Centerpoint Facilitation Tammy has built a solid reputation of supporting people and delivers Person-Centered Approaches Training and Person-Centered Planning to people with disabilities and people experiencing homelessness. Although based in Grande Prairie Tammy travels the Northwest specializing in training, facilitation, and consultation. Tammy has been an HSA Mentor/Trainer since 2010 and an ASIST Facilitator since 2023. She believes whole heartedly in being person-centered and helping others to become so as well.
Her welcoming manner creates a warm invitation for people of all ages and life situations.

KATHLEEN
Housing Access Service
Kathleen has been with Centerpoint’s Housing First Program since 2017. Her work includes providing guidance and advocacy for program participants as they navigate support systems, and encourages wellbeing and overall quality of life. Kathleen creates a judgment-free space to build trusting professional relationships.

Liz joined the Centerpoint team in the Spring of 2023. Liz’s background in hospitality and customer relations gives her extensive experience resolving conflicts, de-escalation and presenting creative, viable options. Liz provides a warm and judgement free atmosphere with a fun twist.
ALEXIS
Rural Homelessness Outreach
Alexis advocates for participants and is passionate about supporting people in getting connected to the resources they need to become successful in obtaining and maintaining housing, and to increase their quality of life. She takes pride in building trusting professional relationships with the people she supports.
JACKIE
Team Lead - Housing First(ACM)
Jackie is commitment to supporting her team members and fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment. She demonstrates strong leadership qualities, ensuring cohesion and optimal performance. Her role has not only involved internal team dynamics but has also extended to creating public awareness of our programs.
LORIANNE
Case Manager - Housing First(ACM)
Lorianne joined our team in November of 2022. With a background in Human Services, she brings her experience to Centerpoint supporting those who are in need and works hard to build trusting relationships. Lorianne’s quiet demeaner is a calming presence to the people she supports.
SHILOH
Case Manager - Housing First(ACM)
Shiloh joined the Housing First Program at Centerpoint in 2023. Her mission is to offer support and advocacy to program participants on their journey towards achieving their housing goals. Shiloh is committed to fostering a non-judgmental environment, ensuring an empowering path towards housing stability.
VAL
Case Manager - Housing First(ACM)
Val started with Centerpoint Facilitation in August of 2023 as a Case Manager in the Housing First Program. Val finds supporting people to be very rewarding. She enjoys connecting with others and wants to make a positive change within her community.
KAELYN
Case Manager - Housing First(ACM)

Kaelyn holds a degree in Psychology from Edmonton, where she developed a deep understanding of human behavior and mental health. Known for her passionate and sensitive nature, she is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals and supporting community development.​
KAYLEE
Case Manager - Housing First(ACM)
Kaylee holds a diploma in Addiction and Community Health. Her background includes experience in case management and harm reduction, working directly with individuals to provide low-barrier access to essential community resources. She is passionate about her work and dedicated to making a positive impact.
KAITLIN
Case Manager - Housing First(ACM)
Kaitlin has dedicated the past four years to working with vulnerable populations, focusing on client support and harm reduction. Currently, she serves as a housing case manager, where she continues to provide compassionate and effective care, ensuring that each individual receives the support they need to lead fulfilling lives.
CINDY
Just Enough Support Program -
Program Facilitator

Cindy has previous experience as a PDD Coordinator, FSCD Caseworker, and as a Behaviour Consultant. Cindy joined the Centerpoint team in 2022 and facilitates the Just Enough Support Program where she assists individuals with disabilities in living their best life whether independently or within a shared living arrangement within their community.
JODY
Support Worker - JESP
Jody has worked in housing foundations for over 3 years and joined us in October of 2023. She believes everyone needs a place to call home and is passionate about helping and supporting people where they are at and guiding them to the resources that they require to be successful.
Bryce
Support Worker - JESP
Bryce commenced his role with Centerpoint Facilitation in December 2023 as a Just Enough Supports Program Worker (JESP). He is currently in his third year of the Bachelor of Education program at the University of Alberta. Bryce is dedicated to supporting individuals and engaging actively within the community. He values the importance of building meaningful relationships with everyone he encounters.
LORI
Admin Support

Lori joined the Centerpoint Facilitation team in May of 2023 and brings with her many years of office experience. Highlights of skills Lori has are her attention to detail, being organized and a multi-tasker. Lori works as our part-time Office Admin and she loves the flexibility that this gives her for her “outside of work” life.
RUTH
Finance & Reporting
Ruth is the finance, reporting & contracts administrator with Centerpoint Facilitation. Coming to Centerpoint in early 2010, Ruth has a background in business & financial management. She values structure in the workplace and appreciates every individual’s strengths in creating positive and productive outcomes.
