Through Just Enough Supports we support individuals to become as independent as possible. A support worker will assist with how an individual can best reach their goals independently or with as little support as necessary. We want to see people live the life of their choosing.

The Community Support Worker position consists of working 1:1 with individual(s) who require support accessing community resources, learning skills preparing for them to live on their own, and increase independence.

Hours will be flexible but typically will be Monday to Friday between 9am – 6 pm. Weekend and evenings shifts also may apply. ($26-$27 per hour depending on experience and education).

Note: Criminal Record Check and Child Welfare check required, as well vehicle and valid driver’s license.
