Problem

Due to a high rate of staff turnover, the team of a non-profit agency was not working cohesively.

Solution

Centerpoint was asked to come and conduct Team Building exercises. The training focused on what is important to the team and how they want to support each other. The training allowed for ongoing team development and easily led into other relevant training, such as Person-Centered Thinking, Positive and Productive Meetings and Person-Centered Supervision.

Results

The Team expressed newfound understanding of each other and noted that they were able to support each other as a Team in new ways. Conflict was reduced within the Team. Work production increased.
