Person-Centered Planning
A Person-Centered Review is a planning meeting that brings together all the people that support a person to review the past year and set goals for the next year.
This workshop is designed for staff and families who have never participated in a Person-Centered Review and want to understand what it entails, as well as for anyone seeking a 1-day refresher on the importance of Person-Centered Reviews and setting outcome-based goals.

It is also important for staff who organize the annual review to know how to prepare both themselves and the person they support, ensuring that the planning meeting is meaningful and productive.
